The start of Vasily's lightning-fast career began with the position of sales manager in June 2017.

Due to the combination of high results in work with personal qualities, in 2020 he headed the management team as a supervisor.

The real challenge for Vasily was the position of Commercial Director at “Makosh” from December 2022. Despite the military situation in the country, Vasily successfully manages the commercial department and achieves ambitious goals.

Vasily is sure: “The one who quickly makes decisions and successfully implements them wins!”
Bohdan Dyhas
Director of logistics
In 2014, Bohdan joined the «Makosh» company as a logistics manager. During 2014-2017, he formed the logistics department and became the head of this department.



Due to the dynamic growth of the company, in 2018 Bohdan additionally headed the warehouse complex in the Hnivan city.



Bohdan sought to develop and build his career together with the company. Therefore, in 2020, he took the position of the director of logistics. Currently, his team consists of 30 highly qualified employees and depsrtment of warehouses, auto and railway logistics.



As Bohdan says: "Success always appears in a business that you like and to which you devote yourself completely. You need to work on yourself, on your development, to be eager to do your work. After all, the success of the company is the success of each employee".

The story of my growth at the «Makosh» company began in May 2019 as an accountant.

Due to hard work, desire to learn and develop at a professional level, a year later I took the position of deputy chief accountant, and in 2021 I became the chief accountant. My career growth did not stop there, as in August 2024 I became Chief Financial Officer.



Today, my great and professional team of accountants plays an important role for me. Together with me, they make maximum efforts to achieve our common result. In my opinion, no matter what is your occupation, success can only be achieved if you believe in your abilities, continue yourself-improvement and development in all areas, and the most important thing do what you like and which brings you pleasure.

  • Higher education (direction: “Fruit, vegetable growing and storage technologies”).
  • Experience in sales (preferred).
  • Communicability, stress resistance, ability to convince, optimism and self-confidence.
  • Confident PC user (MS Office).

Your tasks:

  • Work with the existing client base and search for new ones.
  • Develop the established region.
  • Effectively communicate with clients by phone, present the Company’s products, benefits and terms of cooperation.
  • To conclude contracts.
  • Control orders and payments, document processing.
  • Control the organization of delivery, fulfillment of contractual obligations.
